Our general conditions of sale

The Customer formally acknowledges having read and accepted the general conditions of sale listed below before finalizing the purchase of tickets. These conditions also apply to reservations made by telephone or any other means, including on site. Le Jardin Musical reserves the right to modify the
these general conditions at any time, these modifications come into force upon their publication on the website.

 

This website is managed by the non-profit organisation JARDIN MUSICAL, whose registered office is located at 62 Quai aux Briques in 1000 Brussels, registered with the BCE under number 0742.627.842 (VAT: BE0742627842).

 

These general terms and conditions apply to all ticket sales carried out by the Jardin Musical or to related activities through its website, provided that they are not derogated from by specific contractual provisions agreed between the Jardin Musical and the Client. Consequently, the Client may not invoke the application of its own general or specific terms and conditions, even if these provide that they are the only ones that apply.

 

The Musical Garden acts:
as organizer, partner and co-producer of its own or shared productions.

as a service provider for the sale of tickets for its own productions.

as a service provider for other event organizers and/or venue renters and therefore cannot be held responsible for any changes to the date, location, price or cancellation of events resulting from a decision by the organizers and/or venue renters.

Order

Tickets can be purchased online via the website www.jardinmusical.org or on site at the Jardin Musical.

Any order not paid within 10 working days will be automatically cancelled.

 

Tickets may be limited to a maximum number per person, per credit/debit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household.

Le Jardin Musical reserves the right to cancel reserved tickets that exceed this number without notice.

 

Online – e-tickets

 

For an order placed online and for which you either print your e-tickets yourself or save them on your mobile, no administrative fees will be requested.

 

The e-tickets (“print at home”) received when you ordered online do not have to be printed. You can present your barcode on your smartphone before the performance.

 

Payment can be made by Bancontact via a Mastercard or Visa.

 

On site

 

You can also buy your tickets on site at the box office and pay by debit or credit card.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Code of Economic Law, after payment, no right of withdrawal applies.

Ticket

Your ticket is only valid for the day and performance indicated on it.

 

The ticket must be presented upon request. It is neither taken back, nor refunded (particularly in the event of loss or theft), nor exchanged, nor resold. It is forbidden to resell or transfer tickets for commercial purposes. In the event of an applicable discount, the Jardin Musical reserves the right to ask the Customer to show proof of the discount.

 

In order to avoid abuse, any loss or other problem with tickets must be notified to us by email ( info@jardinmusical.org ) as soon as possible before the event. In case of loss of your ticket, a new ticket can be provided to you.

 

In addition to paper tickets, printed versions of e-tickets or those presented on smartphones are accepted at the entrance to the venue. If e-tickets are used, access to the event will be granted to the first person presenting the original. Access will therefore be denied to holders of photocopies.

Modification and/or cancellation in the program

Reasons beyond our control may cause changes to the program, cast, venue or schedule. These changes are announced on our website. In the event of cancellation or change of date and/or venue, we will do our utmost to notify you in writing (e-mail and text message), where possible. These changes do not entail any refund or exchange.
Tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Le Jardin Musical disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of the details provided.

 

Updated information about the event, particularly on the day of the performance, can be obtained from official communications from the Organizer, promoter or artist via their website or from other sources as well as in the press.

 

Le Jardin Musical cannot therefore be held responsible:

• in the event of cancellation or postponement of a show,
• the content of the show,
• change in artistic distribution,
• any modification of the program,
• change of show times.

 

The ticket holder must comply with the rules and customs of the venue, regardless of the show/exhibition or other event.

 

Le Jardin Musical reserves the right to refuse access to the room for security reasons.

 

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone any performance or prohibit access to the venues if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure force us to do so, such as (and without this list being exhaustive) bad weather, strikes, fire, water damage, illness of a performer, special measures imposed by public authorities as part of the fight against terrorism, etc. In such a case,
hypothesis, we would propose another date if possible.

Discount / promotional offer

Discounts cannot be combined. Proof of your discount may be requested at the time of your purchase or visit.

Exchanges for subscribers

Members of the Jardin Musical can exchange their concert tickets.

You can contact us at the latest 5 working days before the concert to be exchanged, at info@jardinmusical.org .

Doors open for shows/conferences

The doors of the hall will open only 30 minutes before the start of the performance. This is to allow visitors to find their seats safely. Spectators must take their seats before the indicated time.

 

The concerts will be filmed and recorded for future broadcast, which is why we will start strictly at the scheduled time. If you arrive after this time, you will in principle no longer be admitted to the venue.

 

Sometimes, the Musical Garden may decide to let latecomers in during the applause or the break. Your seat reservation is then no longer valid. In this case, the person cannot request any compensation for not having been able to participate in the activity, either totally or partially.

Customer Obligations

Any falsification will be subject to legal action.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Musical Garden.

It is forbidden to consume drinks or eat near the piano.

Mobiles must be silenced throughout the performance.

The client must respect the customs of the house and the visitor's regulations.

Personal data

For your order


The Customer undertakes to provide accurate, current and complete contact information about themselves when ordering tickets. The accuracy of the data is essential to allow Le Jardin Musical to notify the Customer in the event of a change of program/venue. Le Jardin Musical reserves the right, when it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete, to refuse or cancel the requested transaction. This data is processed in accordance with the law in force and our Privacy Policy. Each Customer has the right to have their data rectified or deleted.

 

To keep you informed


Your contact information allows us to keep you informed of our activities and to contact you in the event of program changes. For our paper publications, please inform us of your change of address or let us know that you no longer wish to receive them by sending us an email to info@jardinmusical.org . For our electronic publications, please refer to the page of our site reserved for this purpose if you wish to modify your digital data or no longer receive our newsletters.

Intellectual property

Any commercial use of the name, trademark or logo Jardin Musical as well as those of its commercial partners is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

Responsibility of the Musical Garden

The liability of the Musical Garden is limited to the coverage provided by its insurance.

Contractual relationship

These general conditions of sale govern the entire contractual relationship between Jardin Musical and the Customer, to the exclusion of the customer's general conditions.

Any modification, waiver or addition to these general conditions of sale must be the subject of a written agreement.

 

Le Jardin Musical has the right to modify at any time, and without prior written authorization, the content of its general conditions of sale and its merchant sites.

 

Changes are effective from the time they are posted on the website, unless otherwise agreed.

 

The relations between the Musical Garden and the Client are subject only to Belgian law. In the event of any dispute, only the courts of the district of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
