Jardin Musical attaches particular importance to respecting your privacy and data protection and complies with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the General Data Protection Regulation).

Within the framework of this legislation, Jardin Musical and the employees who work there are responsible for the processing of personal data.

 

The data subject is the natural person whose personal data is processed.

How does Jardin Musical come into possession of your data?

Jardin Musical collects personal data directly from the
person concerned.

 

If the data were not obtained directly from the person concerned but from a third party, Jardin Musical will contact the person concerned, as the case may be, at the latest at the time of the first communication with them or within one month if the collection of data is not intended to initiate communication, to the extent compatible with the rights and obligations resulting from the event profession.

Why does Jardin Musical process your data?

We process your personal data in the following cases:


1. Either you have freely and informedly consented to the
processing, in particular in the context of visiting our website;


2. Either you have asked Jardin Musical to do it, in particular in the
framework of our concert activity;


3. Either because the law authorizes Jardin Musical to do so because it allows the
realization of a legitimate interest including marketing operations
directly by offering you new services to an extent not
violative of your rights and freedoms;


4. Either because the law obliges Jardin Musical, particularly with regard to its
tax and accounting obligations.

What data about me is processed by Jardin Musical?

Depending on the data processing envisaged, Jardin Musical processes the following data:


• Identification data: name, first name, national register, BCE number,
VAT number, etc.


• Contact details: postal address, head office, mailing address
email, phone number, fax number, etc.


• Payment data: bank details, billing details, etc.


• Other data relating to the status of the data subject (e.g. single, married, widowed, divorced, retired, etc.), their property (assets), their contractual and extra-contractual relationships, etc.

It is specified that Jardin Musical only processes data that is relevant to the purpose of the processing envisaged.

What are my rights?

1. The right to withdraw consent: I may withdraw my consent to the processing of data concerning me at any time and without having to justify it. This withdrawal will not cause any prejudice to me.

2. The right of access: I can request access to the data that concerns me
concern and which are processed by Jardin Musical. My
request access to my data as soon as possible and in a
maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. If the
request is particularly complex, the deadline is extended to two months.

3. The right of rectification: I can have my data rectified if it is not accurate or if it needs to be updated. Rectification
intervenes as soon as possible.

4. The right to limitation: I can request that the processing of my data be limited to a specific purpose or a specific use.

5. The right to be forgotten: I can request that my data be
deleted. In some cases, the deletion request implies that
you renounce our collaboration.

6. The right to object to processing: I can object to the processing of my data at any time. In certain cases, the opposition implies that you renounce our collaboration.

7. The right to object to an automated decision: I can object to
be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing.

8. The right not to be bothered: I can unconditionally
request to no longer be contacted for marketing purposes.

9. The right to portability: I can request that my data be transferred to me
are communicated or are communicated to a third party (data controller)
which I designate in a structured, commonly used and readable format by
machine and laptop to enable him to continue the service.

Does Jardin Musical transmit my data to third parties?

Neither Jardin Musical nor its employees transfer any personal data

protected person makes the request.

Duration of storage of my data and further processing

The deletion of data stored by Jardin Musical or its employees takes place as soon as the data is no longer relevant to the purposes pursued.
