Jardin Musical attaches particular importance to respecting your privacy and data protection and complies with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the General Data Protection Regulation).

Definitions to help us understand each other better

Under this legislation, Jardin Musical and the employees who work there are responsible for the processing of personal data.

The data subject is the natural person whose personal data is being processed.

How does Jardin Musical come into possession of your data?

Jardin Musical collects personal data directly from the
person concerned.

If the data were not obtained directly from the person concerned but from a third party, Jardin Musical will contact the person concerned as appropriate no later than the time of the first communication with them or within one month if the purpose of collecting the data is not to initiate communication, to the extent compatible with the rights and obligations arising from the event profession.

Why does Jardin Musical process your data?

We process your personal data under the following circumstances:


1. Either you have freely and knowingly consented to the
processing, in particular in the context of visiting our website;


2. Either you asked Jardin Musical to do it, particularly as
part of our concert activity;


3. Either because the law authorizes Jardin Musical to do so because it allows the
realization of a legitimate interest, in particular direct marketing operations
by offering you new services in a way that does not
infringe on your rights and freedoms;


4. Either because the law obliges Jardin Musical particularly with regard to its
tax and accounting obligations.

What data about me is processed by Jardin Musical ?

Depending on the data processing envisaged, Jardin Musical processes the following data:


• Identification data: surname, first name, national register, BCE number,
VAT number, etc.


• Contact details: postal address, registered office, email address
, telephone number, fax number, etc.


• Payment details: bank details, billing details, etc.


• Other data relating to the status of the person concerned (for example, single, married, widowed, divorced, retired, etc.), his property (assets), his contractual and extra-contractual relationships, etc.

 

It is specified that Jardin Musical only processes data that is relevant to the purpose of the intended processing.

What are my rights?

1. The right to withdraw consent: I can withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time and without having to justify it. This withdrawal will not have any negative consequences for me.
 

2. Right of access: I can request access to my personal data
processed by Jardin Musical. I have the right to
request access to my data as soon as possible and within a
maximum of one month from receipt of the request. If the
request is particularly complex, this period is extended to two months.

 

3. The right to rectification: I can have my data rectified if it is inaccurate or needs to be updated. The rectification
will take place as soon as possible.

 

4. The right to restriction: I can request that the processing of my data be limited to a specific purpose or use.
 

5. The right to be forgotten: I can request that my data be
deleted. In some cases, requesting deletion implies that
you will withdraw from our collaboration.

 

6. The right to object to processing: I can object to the processing of my data at any time. In some cases, objecting means that you will have to withdraw from our collaboration.
 

7. The right to object to an automated decision: I can object to
being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

 

8. The right not to be bothered: I can unconditionally
request not to be contacted for marketing purposes.

 

9. The right to data portability: I can request that my data
be communicated to me or to a third party (data controller)
that I designate in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable and portable format to enable them to continue the service.

Does Jardin Musical transmit my data to third parties?

Neither Jardin Musical nor its employees transfer personal data
to a third country or international organization unless the
protected person requests it.

Data retention period and subsequent processing

The deletion of data held by Jardin Musical or its employees takes place as soon as the data is no longer relevant to the purposes pursued.
 

Following this deletion, the data may be anonymized and processed for statistical and research purposes.
