You probably know her as the pianist with Trio Sōra, but it's with this very personal solo project that she presents herself to you today.
Through the works she has chosen to record, she wishes to highlight the ambivalence of motherhood.
Just over two years ago, the arrival of her daughter Adèle turned her life upside down. She has never been as happy as she is now as a mother, yet becoming one has been one of the greatest upheavals she has ever experienced.
She recently discovered composer Luise Adolpha Le Beau and fell in love with her music. She wanted to combine her Ballade op.47 with the sublime Romances sans Paroles by Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn, and the restrained Romance in A minor by Clara Schumann. To complete this program, she adds the tenderness and intimacy of Johannes Brahms' Intermezzi op.117 and the innocence and poetry of Robert Schumann's Kinderszenen;…
