We inform you that the purchase of Limited Edition Book-CDs is firm and final. Due to the exclusive nature and high production costs associated with these items, we do not accept returns or refund requests, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will then carry out an assessment and, if the defect is confirmed, an exchange.

We are committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 to 5 business days following order validation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the transport services used.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the customer's location and the shipping method chosen. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the shipment is made.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or other incidents beyond our control.
